Established in 1975, the company is located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao. In May 2004, it was restructured into a private enterprise. With 197 employees, it is a comprehensive mechanical manufacturing industry integrating speed reducer research and development, gear processing, and heat treatment processing. It mainly engages in the research and development and sales of speed reducers for industries such as engineering machinery, ships, mining, metallurgy, and rail transit.
Since 1989, we have joined hands with XCMG Group to cultivate the speed reducer industry for more than 30 years, and the cooperation has never been interrupted. Relying on deep technical accumulation and continuous innovation capabilities, we not only create core speed reducer products for multiple sectors of XCMG Group, but also cooperate with many industry leaders such as Liaoning Fudawa and Yutong Heavy Industry. With high-quality products and services, we have become a trusted speed reducer solution provider for our customers.

Company R&D and core product application status
1. R&D tools and concepts
Main R&D tools: 2D drawing software CAXA electronic version, CAD drawing software, 3D solidworks drawing software; installation of PDM product data management system to reduce development cycle and cost, and realize the integration of various application systems of the enterprise; technical R&D can design different types of planetary gearboxes according to customer's special requirements.
Computer-aided design is adopted according to international standards. Finite element method calculation is performed on important components of the speed reducer. Modular design is performed on the speed reducer according to the technical coordination diagram. Important components such as brakes and clutches are tested on the company's large speed reducer test bench to obtain test data before modifying the design, making the new product safer and more reliable.
2. Core product application status
① More than 60 types of speed reducers for 25-ton, 35-ton, 55-ton, 75-ton, 85-ton, 100-ton, and 130-ton series of automobile cranes and crawler cranes, including the developed G-generation leading version and National VI high-energy version.
② Developed speed reducers for engineering machinery from 12 tons to 1000 tons, among which small-tonnage speed reducers are used in XCMG J-series automobile cranes. It is a dedicated supplier of XCMG J-series automobile cranes and has won the annual "Quality Excellence Award".
③ Developed speed reducers for crawler cranes and impact compactors, used in XCMG Construction Machinery 650-ton to 750-ton crawler cranes.
④ Power shift transmissions for underground and port equipment jointly developed with Qingdao Zhonghong Heavy Machinery are gradually replacing imported products.
Building product core competitiveness with a perfect manufacturing system
Machining is equipped with Doosan machining centers, CNC lathes, hobbing machines, gear shaping machines, three-coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, etc. The intelligent rate of key processes is 99.9%, ensuring precision machining of parts.
Heat treatment adopts Jiangsu Fengdong's controllable atmosphere furnace automation line, covering the entire process of heat treatment such as normalizing and carburizing, strengthening product performance.
The painting production line upgraded in 2019 realizes full automation from material loading and painting to hazardous waste treatment.
The large gearbox type test laboratory jointly developed with Dalian University of Technology pioneered the simulation of actual working conditions of engineering machinery, and can comprehensively test key indicators such as torque and noise, filling the gap in the industry's testing and controlling product quality from the source.
