Qingdao Hailida Gearbox Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Qingdao Hailida") was established in May 2004, a joint-stock company formed by the reorganization of the former Qingdao No. 1 Gear Factory. The company is located at No. 18, Longkou Road, Laixi City. It mainly engages in the research, development, production, sales, and service of engineering machinery gearboxes.

Excellent product quality and perfect after-sales service have won the trust of customers, with customers throughout nearly 30 provinces and cities across the country. The company's clients are all first-class domestic engineering machinery manufacturers, and it has received the highest honors from many host factories, such as "Excellent Strategic Supplier," "Quality Excellence Award," and "Timely Service Award." The lifting mechanism of small-tonnage automobile cranes has replaced imported products in the host, and is sold to many countries and regions in the Middle East, Central Asia, and West Asia along with the host. It has performed exceptionally well in competition with international giants, establishing a high-end image of "Made in China" together with the host, and is favored by numerous users.

In the domestic market, the company attaches importance to brand protection and has registered the "Zhiyuan" trademark in international classifications 7 and 12. In product sales, the company has achieved full coverage of high-end products in the engineering machinery gearboxes and components sector of the heavy machinery manufacturing industry. The "Zhiyuan" brand is positioned in the high-end market. 1. Quality Management Organization

The company's general manager personally presides over the investigation, discussion, and formulation of business strategies centered on quality. Relevant organizations are established and play a leading role, unifying the company's business objectives, direction of struggle, and internal environment, encouraging all employees to work hard to achieve the company's objectives, quality policy, and quality goals. 2. Quality Management System

Qingdao Hailida attaches importance to the construction of the quality management system and has successively passed the ISO9001 international quality management system certification; "ISO14001 Environmental Management System," "ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System" certification, and the two-integration management system evaluation certificate. ① Quality Risk Monitoring

The management representative conducts internal audits and management reviews of the quality management system through the "Internal Audit Control Procedure for the Quality System" and the "Management Review Control Procedure," and conducts comprehensive and systematic monitoring and measurement of the quality system process; monitoring and measurement of various processes are carried out through the "Contract Review and Production Plan Control Procedure."

2. Metrology Management

The company controls testing instruments through the "Measurement and Testing Instrument Control Procedure." Currently, it possesses more than 40 sets of testing and metrology equipment, such as three-coordinate measuring machines, direct-reading spectrometers, coating thickness gauges, universal material testing machines, involute inspection instruments, and Rockwell hardness testers. The equipment's precision and accuracy meet the company's production monitoring and measurement needs.

3. Certification Management

Passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification in 2002; passed "ISO14001 Environmental Management System," "ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System" certifications, and the two-integration management system evaluation certificate in September 2009.

4. Inspection and Testing Management

The company attaches great importance to process research and product testing and has independent testing capabilities. It possesses a large number of testing equipment to conduct strict quality testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. In 2012, the company built the only large-scale comprehensive gearbox testing platform in China, capable of simulating actual working conditions to conduct type testing of gearboxes.
